Yep! Another of my unfinished projects. I ran into problems firing & running my '89 test mule with the Megasquirt. Probably some bad soldering connections. The whole thing was out of my comfort zone and beyond my understanding, and very soon the interest was gone. Its all in a box I'll have my grandsons sort it out some day. I'm sure that particular MS is dinosaur stuff now. I do have a ECM for a 90 degree V6 that I may try on he 292 when its turn comes back around.

efi-diy was great help and tried to push, pull, drag me through. He provided and offered more help for years. Another MS guy here at home and his more knowledgeable friend tried to help too. I'm sure this would all work very well for someone with a modicum if electronic understanding.
Funny how after all the prep that demo at Bonneville turned on two small issues. We were not able to actually drive the pickup because the electric fuel pump kept blowing the line off of a small tank in the truck bed and there was a leak between the manifold and the injector adapter because I had not packed an allen wrench for the screws. No one else there among all the racers had one or really cared. I couldn't even get a ride to a place in town to buy one. My MS experience started after all of this.
