Just finishing up rebuild on 1960-235. Had block drilled for full flow filter....3/8" NPT fittings out of block....into 8AN Russell twist-lock fittings to firewall remote filter (PH8A-type).

Was hoping that someone who was running a similar setup might might be able to offer any suggestions. I've tried to maintain the outlet ID with the 8 AN fittings....don't want to take any chance on starving this engine during inital startup. Plan to spin the pump, bleed the filter circuit, rotate the engine a couple turns by hand before adding ignition.

Any comments or concerns would sure be appreciated.
