dudes! i have 1960 chevy sedan delivey that i want to install a 250/350 combo. the original motor from the factory was 235/3spd. then it had a 327/4spd in it. the frame towers for the 235 and the 327 are the same so the 250 should bolt in using the towers already in the car because 250's use same towers as the v8's did? is my "guessing" off track? i do know that 292 was the only motor of the era chevy made that used staggered mounts, all the rest from 151 to 454 used side-by side mounts meaning directly across from each other. has anyone done this swap? feedback please \:D
