The 833 as used in GM trucks has a 3.09 first and a 1.67 2nd.and OD is .73 ish.
This tranny when used originally in a Mopar is different than the GM version,much longer tail shaft,the input and putput splines are Mopar style.
Two types found in 80 GM trucks,one has the GM bolt pattern and splines,the other a Mopar bolt pattern with GM splines.Both are 21 inches long,same as most GM car stick trannys.
I turned down the front retainer to fit the bellhousing,it was easier than dragging the bellhousing to the machinist.
