The tips are different over a stock push rod. Then that of a roller rocker push rod. Most roller rocker push rods have more of a ball style/type tip That have a lite groove just below the tip so that the roller rocker does not cut into it like it can to a stock push rod. Most stock push rods do not have a ball type/style tip to them. They are just rounded off at the tip with square sides (no groove) Hope this helps }[oooooo]
