hello...good to see talking here about raised ports....Good job....what PES did (I will share this -the head on page 100 of Power Manual looks ALOT !!!!! Like a PES Head.....mmmmm VERY interesting.....)and what i have learned is raising ports is key on BOTH intake and exhaust-NOT a lump-and this is more raising MORE than .100....but .100 is better than nothing....

here is something to think about-
1st-braizing is ok but VERY limited in what can be done to a cast iron head....
investigate what can be done with cast welding-NOT the old way but the newer technology....

even considered this?...... port intake and exhaust ports on port side (turn head upside down) till you hit water jacket...open up top of port-fill in with CAST then ....then make port go almost straight down in head-this is key.....and head STILL flows water....

then fill chamber-VERY small .....

what do you think about divding ports on Intake side? ....more interesting ideas......goes against all we were told, RIGHT!!?!?!?!?!!!

this has been done and will be done more.....

Its good to see movement ahead in head work here...Good Job....
