To run anything less than say 125hp in a 6cyl, the car will ET quicker with the 106-110 lsa cam. To hit it with 175hp and above, the wide cam will et quicker. Just like stated above, any more than that on the narrow cam and you blow it out the exhaust; any less than that on the wide cam and you lose more from the cam than you gain from the n20 you aren't blowing out.
