Was that gear ever heated? Because if it was a Alum gear and Not installed right. Yes it will come off the cam. And if it was never heated the inside of The gear will get shaved as it is Pressed on to the cam. That Is the MAIN reason to heat the gear Befor Installing it.}[oooooo]
