Well even if the 52 doesn't pan out. (still have to track down grandfather.) It turns out that on my father's side our family business happens to have a 48 or 49 FA Pilot House or 1 and 1/2 ton truck. Atleast with the information I seen on the pilot house cab web site, I think it's an FA, but I havn't been down to the business to make sure. It's been sitting for as long as I can remember, but I think I can remember it has 20" rims and duals (they could be aftermaket though) and it should have the 236 enginge (smallest of the big blocks)
I should just beable to pull that one out and title it in my name. But I'll write more when I know for sure.
It's funny for a family of men that supposedly liked fords and chevys my grandfather and his sons (my dad and uncles) have own quite a few mopars......hmmm
