Detonation could be going on.
That is a lean A/F ratio.
Detonation will cause it to loose power & boost pressure.
You still do not have an intercooler installed?
What octane gas are you using?
If you do not install an intercooler, I highly recommend you install a methanol injection kit, ,,it could save your engine.
