Any reason you couldn't make a "lump sleeve"? Open the runner 1/8. Take a piece of 1 5/8 od aluminum 18 or 20 gage and make a sleeve to fit in the head. You could dimple a lump in the area you want. Maybe put a lip on it so it wouldn't slide all the way in. The intake would press on the lip to hold it. If you had a flow bench you could pull it out and tweak the "lump" till you got the best shape. That make any sense? Z
