OP big bill I.I.#4698 Major Contributor B Joined: May 2005 Posts: 596 Ohio	The rebuild should be fast and cheap because any GOOD machine shop can handle a 300 ton crank and has a 38" boring bar, Right $\:\)$ Can you picture even handleing the inserts for some thing that large. I think it might force me to buy some larger tools. I wonder what the injection nozzels are like. Been there, Done that, Hope to live long enough to do it again. Big Bill I.I.# 4698
