Here are some pictures of a 302 block on an engine stand. The cool thing is the engine stand adapter plate made by Scott Marshall. I'm sure you all know who he is! The adapter allows you to put early Chevy and GMC inlines on a standard engine stand with out messing with all the sort of adjustable pieces. The fit of the plate with it's spacers is perfect, solid and safe. I have always hated trying to get one of these engines bolted to bolt up. Thanks Scott! Tom
