It is aftermarket "Accel Turbosonic turbo kit"
It would give you more room to hook up a exhaust pipe from a stock manifold or header/s ,run the pipe to the passenger side to a turbocharger.
The turbo does not need to be on the drivers side,just need more plumbing to hook it all up.
In the Ebay pic,the exhaust pipe is not connected to the exhaust manifold,just connected to the turbo,& goes straight down.
