My 2"outlet 3-bolt does not look like it would safely punch out much past a true 2". The casting is pretty thin in a couple spots and being an exhaust manifold I'd hate to thin it down any more, so taking out 1/16 to 1/8 would be about all as it looks. I wish they were all 2-1/2 outlets. That is a lot of cubic inches to push out of a 2" outlet.
