Sounds to me you might have bent the rear axle housing, pulled the housing out of line at the spring perches, or perhaps spun the wheel balancing weights off the rim. Also look for a broken motor mount and check for a tire with a bubble in the sidewall or damaged tread. Using the drive train or suspension parts for anchor points when pulling can cause all sorts of trouble.
