If you don't know about Search Tempest for craigslist give it a try,
http://www.searchtempest.com/ , it gives you a quick search of as many areas as you want including Brazil where the webers are fairly common. Panic is right on with the bolt patterns, I believe Hank aka Mean Buzzin Half Dozen ran one these intakes and can probably help you tune it if needed.
