Pretty part. How are you generating the radius cuts on your lathe?
Believe it or not, I use a router table (as in wood router) or a hand held router. I've been using routers for years, LOL Things you think of when you dont have a CNC mill or lathe or paying someone to do it for you.
Just make sure they are carbide tipped cutters & use cutting oil. Plus a speed control is handy. Also, make small cuts.
