My spiritual support goes with you as well. I know personally that it is not easy to get clean and stay clean. I've been there, done that, and the tee shirt hasn't fit in years!
The fact that you have made it this far and made good use of that time should carry some weight during your hearing. I hope you have the opportunity to mention it and those present really listen to you.
