Well then I am scratching my head. First and foremost, if it is a sixties vintage engine then there should only be 7 characters on the pad:

If there are eight then it is post '70:


But given the letters in the suffix it seems unlikely that is a newer engine.

So we have what looks like 'F 1II OSKT' . . .

If the first character after F is 1 then we are looking at late in the year. Is the second number a one or and eye? One most likely. What if the guy wielding the die on that cold November day canted the die to the left and imprinted the square edge of the die itself as well as the left edge of the '1' on the face of the die?

That would account for the extra I . . . eliminate that and we're back to seven characters.

So now we have F 11 05 KT. (Cause 'S' in position 5 doesn't match the known codes):
SPREKtechEngineDecoding
and neither does a K. Sure it isn't an H?

F1105HT would suggest a 62-64 194.
