Inliners International Forums General Discussion Engines Anyone know this engine?

Looks like a flex plate only to me. sure does rev though and what a spacer under the carb !!!! also i bet looking at all the hi-dollar parts on the outside bet all rotating parts inside are liteweight inside too !
