Snowman, When you get your fuel system up to par and can get into boost for a prolonged time you will be too lean at 13.5 to 1. You should be about 11.0 to 1 to be safe with your setup. To run this A/F ratio you will be too rich for normal driving with a 10.5 power valve.
About half of your fuel should come through the power valve, this is the reason for the late opening power valve.
