Actually, those 4200's are pretty easy to find, considering the troubles they have. I know a couple of techs that just cart the things home after changing them out under warranty, as the dealers pretty much don't care. It's buyer beware, as you may get an engine that can be repaired, maybe not.

Besides, you still need all the periferals such as intake/exhaust manifolds, sensors AND connectors (those come out when warrantied), wiring harness and computer to control it all. That stuff is expensive.

Until they get the bugs worked out, I'd say keep on jumping through the (known) hoops.
