Yes I was aware of the changes but the web site that I was directed to never mentioned Inliners at all, it wanted me to sign up for a thirty day free trial to form my own data base, then gave me the cost per month per member of my data base. It looked like a great place to have your identity information stolen. I don't know what was going on, maybe part of the system was down but it sure was weird.
