I don't think its Inliners intention for you to buy a subscription to this database service on your own as a member, they have already bought a subscription to it as a group or organization. All you need is a user name and password to log-in, much in the same way as you do this forum. You must be missing some details explaining what you need to do. I think you need to contact Linda for directions. I've been using this database for almost 6 months now, and I haven't had to purchase anything, just simply log-in on the page your link takes you to when you click on it.
