The 230 and 250 have same bore, the 194 and 230 have same stroke. 194 crank + 250 block = 230.
If rebuilding, then why not just obtain a 250 crank? They are not hard to find.
To say "no one wants a 194" is not true. I sold a running 194 on the local craigslist for $400. It was running in a van, so I was able to 'test run' it for the buyer before he bought it
