Man..I know that top side is dry..from looking when I took the black one off.the oil was present before the chrome one...the crinkle failed after 10 years..that's what confused me looking at this..I will look real close when I swap the black one on..see if I can see any crack or anything..I will pull the manifolds too...see if that tells anything..
