Hey Flyer, the builder warned me people would question the ratio. Then proceeded to go into a nerdy explanation as to why the ratio seems on the low side. He swapped jets until the numbers peaked. Next time I talk to him, I'll pay more attention!
Also, going to call ATI tomorrow and get a custom converter. Will post findings as they become available.
