At long last, the '67 rides again!

Things that were done:
- New oil pan gasket
- New Clifford intake so i can connect water
- Changed jets and plugs since it was running super rich. This was a previous setting before I realized my primary performance issue is timing. I still need to set up the distributor. But the performance isn't as good with this as it was with the previous get settings. A bit sluggish off the start, barely spun the tires and seemed to bog a bit.
- Power valve back to 8.5
- Main jets back to 52
- 35 accelerator
- Secondary jets 59
- Timing unchanged at 18BTDC initial.
